Our robust Refund Policy ensures a worry-free shopping experience. For most items, if you receive your gear and it remains unused and unopened in its original packaging, you can initiate a return for a full refund (minus shipping) within the same day of purchase. We stand by the quality of our equipment. Should you receive a defective or damaged item, please alert us right away. Bison Progear will quickly arrange for a suitable replacement or issue a full refund, covering all original shipping costs.   • Defective/Damaged:

To ensure a smooth returns process, always contact our customer service first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Securely package the item-ideally in its original box- and include the RA number and a copy of your receipt. Shipping the item back to Bison Progear via a trackable method helps us confirm its arrival and expedites your refund processing within 10 days of receipt.

  • Return Process:
    1. Must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number first.
    2. Securely pack with RA number and receipt included.
    3. Use a trackable shipping method.
    4. Refund processed within 10 days of receiving the return.

Please note a few exceptions to our generous refund policy. Due to their unique nature, personalized or customized items, along with final clearance or sale items, may not be eligible for return. Furthermore, any gear that has been used or is not in its original, re-sellable condition will be excluded.
