EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

At Bison Pro Gear, we ensure you get the perfect fit and quality gear every time. Our streamlined Exchange Policy primarily covers requests for a size change or cases involving a manufacturing defect. To initiate an exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to our facility, while Bison Pro Gear proudly covers the cost of reshipping the exchanged item back to you.

  • Exchange Basics:
    1. Exchanges are allowed for size change or manufacturing defect.
    2. Customer covers the return shipping cost.
    3. Bison Pro Gear covers the re-shipping cost.

To qualify for an exchange, the returned item must be received in a pristine, re-saleable condition. This means the product must be completely unused, unwashed, and undamaged. It is essential that the item is accompanied by the original invoice, packaging, and labels. We require the product to be shipped back to us within 3 days of its delivery to be eligible for exchange under this Returns Policy.

  • Conditions for Return:

    2. Include original invoice, packing, and labels.
    3. Must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, you can expedite the process by emailing a clear picture of the defective part or by contacting us. We highly recommend using the original shipping container for packing your return, ensuring the product reaches us in its original condition. Once the item is received and inspected by the Bison Pro Gear team, we will contact you with details on the next steps for your exchange.

  • Defects & Process:

    2. Use original packaging for secure return shipping.
    3. Our team inspects the item and follows up promptly.

While we strive for quick service, if the requested size for your Bison Pro Gear product is temporarily out of stock, you have options: you can select a different available product or choose to wait until the ordered size is back in our inventory. Please note that products purchased during any sale, offer, or discount period cannot be returned or exchanged under this policy.

  • Stock & Exceptions:
    1. Out-of-stock sizes allow for choosing another product or waiting.
    2. Items purchased during sales/offers/discounts are final (no returns/exchanges).

For any urgent changes, our Cancellation Policy requires that you cancel your Bison Pro Gear order within 6 hours of placement. If you need to initiate a return or cancellation, please reach out to us promptly via email or call us to ensure timely processing.
