All Bison Pro Gear products can be exchanged for a change in size and in case of any manufacturing defect. The cost of sending the product to our office will be borne by the customer. The cost of reshipping will be borne by us.
The items will be exchanged under the following conditions:
- The product is returned in an unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.
- The product is received by us in a re-saleable condition.
- The product must be sent to us within 7 days of its delivery.
If the products are not received in the above condition, they will not be exchanged.
If the required size is out of stock for a particular product, then the customer can choose from available products or wait until the size of the ordered product is back in stock.

Once we receive the product, our team member will get in touch with you and provide details on the further process.
We require the returned products to be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You may use the original shipping container for packing.
Products sold during sale/offers/discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
